Northbridge Yoga classes run during school terms.
While it is ideal to start at the beginning of a term, you are welcome to join at any time. Bookings are ESSENTIAL as class sizes are limited due to health regulations. During Covid-19, the usual make-up class policy is on hold however make-up classes will be offered within the term wherever possible. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. Please stay home if you are unwell. If you would like to receive the Newsletter email at the start of term outlining enrolment details, please contact me via the Contact Page. |

MatsMats and other props will not be available for loan during Covid-19. Please bring along your own mat and any other props you wish to use. Click here if you would like to purchase an Eco Yoga Mat from Stretch Yoga, available in a range of colours. As the classes are on a timber floor, a 6mm or 8mm mat is preferable. Jade also make a great eco-friendly natural rubber mat available through empind.com.au. I'm happy to chat about mat selection if you wish. Bolsters are useful for restorative poses at home. Organic cotton bolsters are available from Stretch Now. |
